<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to determine the distribution of surplus earnings by comprehensively considering financial performance and dividend payout ratio, while securing the internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position.
Our basic policy regarding dividend frequency is to pay dividends twice annually: interim and year-end dividends.
The decision-making body for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends. The Company's articles of incorporation stipulate that "interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, upon resolution of the board of directors."
The Company is proposing "Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation" as an agenda item at the ordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2025. Upon approval of this proposal, the articles of incorporation will be amended to state that "matters specified in each item of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act regarding dividend distribution and other matters may be determined by board of directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law." There is no change to our basic policy of paying dividends twice annually (interim and year-end). Following the amendment, both interim and year-end dividend decisions will be made by the board of directors.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering our financial condition and other factors, we regret to inform you that no dividends will be paid for either the interim or year-end periods.

Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while comprehensively considering our business performance and dividend payout ratio when deciding how to distribute surplus earnings. We aim to pay dividends twice per year—at the interim and year-end periods.
