<p>Our basic dividend policy is to determine dividends in consideration of our DOE (dividend on equity) level, with a minimum annual dividend of 25 yen per share. We distribute dividends twice yearly as a general rule: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We prioritize long-term enhancement of corporate value and strengthening of our financial position, and we are committed to shareholder returns that are not based on short-term performance metrics.</p>
