<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to implement appropriate profit distribution measures based on the Company's operating results and financial condition at any given time, while taking into account the need to maintain sufficient retained earnings necessary for continuous business growth. Retained earnings are allocated to build a stable business foundation and prepare for future business development. Additionally, the Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that interim dividends may be paid with a reference date of September 30 each year by Board of Directors resolution. Our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year from surplus earnings. The General Meeting of Shareholders is the decision-making body for year-end dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, based on the above dividend policy and taking comprehensive consideration of the Company's operating results for the period and financial condition as of the end of the current fiscal year, the year-end dividend with a reference date of March 31, 2025 will be zero.</p>
