Our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually as year-end dividends, using a dividend payout ratio of 25% to 35% as a target, while comprehensively considering the strengthening of internal reserves, business investments, and business performance for each period. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend payments. Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid to shareholders as of the end of February each year by board of directors resolution.</p>
