Our group prioritizes building internal reserves and making forward-looking investments to expand our business in order to enhance corporate value over the long term. In the future, we will consider our dividend policy to shareholders by comprehensively taking into account business performance, economic conditions, and other factors.
Regarding the year-end dividend, we recorded an operating loss and ordinary loss in the current fiscal year. In light of the need to secure internal reserves to prepare for improvements in our revenue structure and strengthening of our financial position, we regret to inform shareholders that we will not pay a dividend this period.
We are committed to meeting the expectations of our shareholders and appreciate your continued understanding and support.
The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for our dividends. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be determined by the board of directors.
