<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; line-height: 16.666666666666666666666666667px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Regarding profit distribution, we will determine our dividend policy by balancing profit returns to shareholders commensurate with growth against internal reserves needed to strengthen our corporate foundation and prepare for future business development. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the payment of interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; line-height: 16.666666666666666666666666667px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Retained earnings will be invested effectively to support business expansion in order to respond to anticipated changes in the operating environment.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; line-height: 16.666666666666666666666666667px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">For the current fiscal year, we have decided not to pay a dividend in order to strengthen internal reserves.</p>

<p>We determine our dividend policy by balancing profit returns to shareholders with internal reserves needed to strengthen our corporate foundation and prepare for business expansion. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We use retained earnings for responding to changes in the business environment and for strategic investments to expand our operations.</p>
