<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group aims to achieve sustained improvement in shareholder value, including profit distribution. We position dividend policy as one of our most important priorities. Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends in line with business growth while being mindful of our consolidated dividend payout ratio.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
For the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering business performance and strengthening of our financial position, we have decided not to pay a dividend.
Our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may pay an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year.
Retained earnings will be used to prepare for future business development and to fund investments for sustained growth.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends that grow in line with business performance, while being mindful of our consolidated dividend payout ratio. We distribute surplus earnings twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to prepare for future business expansion and investments to support sustainable growth.
