<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company considers returning profits to shareholders as one of its key management priorities. Our basic policy is to implement dividends while comprehensively taking into account our performance, financial condition, and future business plans, while also strengthening our financial reserves and corporate foundation.For the time being, the Company does not plan to pay dividends. This is because the Company is currently in a growth phase, and we believe that investing in strengthening our financial reserves and corporate foundation, as well as investing in business efficiency and expansion, will provide the greatest return to shareholders. We plan to allocate retained earnings to investments in human capital, such as talent recruitment and development, as well as to promotional expenses including product advertising and sales promotion activities, after verifying cost-effectiveness. Accordingly, no dividends were paid in the 18th fiscal year in accordance with this policy. We note that dividends were paid in the 13th and 14th fiscal years; however, these were implemented for organizational restructuring and capital policy in preparation for listing.When dividends are paid, we plan to implement year-end dividends once per year. The decision-making body for dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting.Additionally, the Company has set the record date for interim dividends as the last day of February each year. Matters listed in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, including dividend payments, may be decided by the Board of Directors' resolution, except where otherwise provided by law, as stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation.
