<p>Our basic dividend policy balances three priorities: returning profits to shareholders, strengthening our financial foundation through retained earnings, and providing appropriate incentives to executives and employees. Currently, we are in a growth phase and prioritize building internal reserves, so we do not pay dividends at this time. Going forward, we will determine our dividend policy by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, and growth strategy. We have the capacity to pay dividends twice annually. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthening our management structure and funding business expansion investments.</p>
