<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company considers returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to implement dividends while taking into account future business developments, operating results, and financial condition.
However, regarding dividends for the fiscal year ending August 2025, we will maintain a no-dividend policy as originally announced, due to the following factors: (1) we have recorded significant operating losses, ordinary losses, and net losses attributable to parent company shareholders for three consecutive fiscal years from two fiscal years ago, and (2) we require cash reserves for building new businesses. Regarding dividends for the fiscal year ending August 2026, no decision has been made at this time.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for the payment of dividends from surplus and interim dividends. The decision-making authority for dividends from surplus is the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors.

Our basic policy is to implement dividends while taking into account future business development, management performance, and financial condition. Our Articles of Incorporation allow for both year-end dividends and interim dividends. Year-end dividends are decided by the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are decided by the board of directors.
