<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group views contributing to shareholder value through enhanced corporate value as a key management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain necessary internal reserves to strengthen our financial position and prepare for active business expansion, while paying dividends in line with our business performance.
We will use internal reserves for capital investments and software development to enhance product functionality, with the aim of improving profitability and corporate value.
Based on these principles, our medium-term dividend policy targets a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. However, as our Group is currently in a business expansion phase centered on data utilization services, we have adopted a no-dividend policy to strengthen our management foundation and support aggressive business development through enhanced internal reserves.
When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to distribute surplus twice annually—interim dividends and year-end dividends. Our articles of incorporation specify that year-end dividends are decided by shareholder resolution (record date: March 31 each year), and interim dividends are decided by board resolution (record date: September 30 each year).
In the current period, as we recorded a net loss attributable to parent company shareholders, we regret to announce no dividend distribution.

Our basic dividend policy is to provide dividends that reflect our business performance, with a medium-term target payout ratio of approximately 30%. Dividends are paid twice yearly in principle—at the interim and year-end periods. However, as we are currently in a business expansion phase, we maintain a no-dividend policy to prioritize strengthening our management foundation and building internal reserves to support aggressive business development.
