<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">Our company's basic approach is to return profits to shareholders through sustained growth in corporate value. Dividend payments are determined by comprehensively considering business performance trends, financial condition, and future business developments. Specifically, we aim to maintain stable dividends with a dividend payout ratio of 20% as our target.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">Retained earnings are allocated to various investments that contribute to enhancing corporate value, including maintaining growth capacity and strengthening competitiveness.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">Our company has adopted the interim dividend system prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. Our articles of incorporation provide that "interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution with September 30 as the record date each year." Regarding surplus dividends, our basic policy was to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. However, from fiscal year 2020 onward, we changed our policy to also pay interim dividends with September 30 as the record date each year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">The surplus dividends for the current fiscal year are as follows.</p>
