Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while securing retained earnings. We target a dividend payout ratio of 35% and implement dividends according to each period's performance. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend as a basic policy. Retained earnings are reserved for future business development and are primarily allocated to the acquisition of business land for our housing operations.</p>
