<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to maintain stable ongoing dividends while securing necessary internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our financial position. However, as of the date of this document, we are in a growth stage of our business. We believe that strengthening our financial position and building up internal reserves for business expansion—which will be used for investment in growth—represents the maximum return of profits to our shareholders. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding, and we plan to use retained earnings as a source of funds for strengthening our financial position and expanding our business.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">When we distribute surplus earnings as dividends, our basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once per year. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions of surplus earnings shall be determined by Board of Directors resolution in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may, by resolution, pay interim dividends with September 30 as the reference date each year.</p>

<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividend payments while securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation. Since we are currently in a growth stage, we prioritize building up internal reserves to allocate toward business expansion investments. When dividends are paid, we implement them once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.</p>
