<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends while maintaining internal reserves for business expansion through new store openings and new business formats, as well as for strengthening our management foundation, taking into account our operating results and financial condition. We distribute dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends—as a general practice, with dividend amounts determined by Board of Directors resolution.</p>
