Our basic dividend policy is to implement stable and continuous dividend distributions to shareholders while taking into account the strengthening of our management foundation and the soundness of our financial condition. In principle, we plan to implement year-end dividends once per year, with the decision-making authority vested in the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may authorize interim dividends with May 31 as the record date each year.

The dividend payout ratio is expected to be 28.2%.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividend payments to shareholders, with interim dividends principally paid once per fiscal year. We intend to use retained earnings to secure funds for strengthening our equity base and to make effective investments in expanding our dealer network and supporting group growth.
