<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our company's basic policy is to distribute profits to shareholders by taking into account our business performance and financial condition. The annual general meeting of shareholders decides on year-end dividends, while the board of directors decides on interim dividends.
However, since our company is in a growth phase, we have prioritized securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position. As a result, we have not paid dividends since our founding.
Currently, we continue to prioritize building up internal reserves. However, our policy is to work toward paying dividends to shareholders in the future, taking into account our business performance and financial condition. At this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undecided.
Our company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.
