Business Overview
DVX was established in April 1986 and operates primarily in the cardiovascular medical device sector, based on the concept of "healthcare that is kind to people." DVX's mission is to provide beneficial products and services to patients and healthcare professionals, contributing to the widespread adoption of optimal medical care.
DVX's business is divided into three segments: "Arrhythmia," "Ischemia," and "Other." The Arrhythmia segment handles cardiac pacemakers, ablation catheters, and ICDs (implantable cardioverter-defibrillators), primarily selling to medical facilities.
The Ischemia segment provides medical devices used in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic diseases such as myocardial infarction and angina. DVX sources products from domestic and international medical device manufacturers and sells them to medical facilities through medical device distributors nationwide.
The Other segment handles neurosurgery-related products, general surgery-related products, gastroenterology-related products, and radiation protection equipment. These products are sold as items not belonging to the Arrhythmia or Ischemia segments.
DVX sources products from medical device import trading companies and domestic medical device manufacturers, providing them to medical facilities as a sales distributor. The company is also expanding its sales territory through nationwide expansion.
