<p>We aim for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35% and will increase dividends in line with profit growth as our basic policy. We pay dividends twice per year. Regarding share buybacks, we hold approximately 5% of issued shares as a target to strengthen our business foundation, including future M&A activities. Any shares held in excess of this target will be cancelled in principle.</p>
