<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Dividends are implemented in accordance with business performance, taking into account the strengthening of our corporate foundation and future business development. We have revised our basic profit distribution policy to further enhance profit returns to shareholders and realize greater corporate value improvement. Specifically, we are raising our target payout ratio based on net income attributable to parent company shareholders from "30% or higher" to a target of "40%".</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Retained earnings are allocated primarily to the realization of business plans, repayment of borrowings, response to unforeseen circumstances, strengthening of competitiveness, and preparation for growth-oriented investment opportunities. We maintain retained earnings at levels that are reasonable for us to hold as an operating company.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our Articles of Incorporation provide for the distribution of surplus dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The decision-making authority for these surplus dividend distributions is the Shareholders' Meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending December 2024, based on a comprehensive review of full-year performance, we will implement an ordinary dividend of 292 yen per share.</p>
