<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. However, we currently view our Group as being in a growth and expansion phase. We believe that strengthening our management foundation and building up internal reserves to support aggressive business development will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to shareholders through further business expansion.Based on this approach, we do not currently pay dividends and intend to continue building internal reserves for the foreseeable future. In the future, we will consider profit distributions to shareholders taking into account our financial position, operating results, and cash flow situation in each period. However, the timing and implementation of any dividend payments remain undetermined at this time. We will use internal reserves effectively for future business growth investments, including advertising expenditures, and to strengthen recruitment of talented personnel to support that growth. When we do pay dividends in the future, our basic policy is to do so once per year, though our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends. As the company is in a growth and expansion phase, our current policy is to retain earnings rather than pay dividends in the near term. We will use retained earnings to fund advertising investments, business growth initiatives, and strengthened recruitment efforts. Should we implement dividends in the future, we plan to do so on an annual basis as our standard policy.
