<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We are committed to maintaining stable, continuous dividends as our basic principle. We will implement our dividend policy by taking into account the consolidated financial results for the current fiscal period and outlook for the next fiscal year, as well as the need to maintain sufficient internal reserves to fund new store openings, development of new business formats, and other capital requirements.
The Company's basic dividend policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, the Company has established provisions allowing the Board of Directors to declare interim dividends with August 31 as the record date each year.
Please note that no year-end dividend will be paid for the current fiscal period.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends. We implement dividends by taking into account consolidated business results, outlook for the following fiscal year, and the need to build internal reserves for capital requirements such as new store openings and development of new business formats. While we typically pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, we also have the option to pay interim dividends.
