Business Overview
Hiramatsu primarily operates restaurants and hotels. Specifically, the company operates 20 restaurants and 6 hotels domestically, providing high-quality services in both dining and accommodation.
Additionally, Hiramatsu's overseas subsidiary, HIRAMATSU EUROPE EXPORT SARL, is based in Paris. This subsidiary primarily exports food and beverage materials for the Hiramatsu Group, supporting the company's international business expansion.
Furthermore, certain Hiramatsu restaurants feature integrated cafes and salons. For example, Ristorante ASO includes Café Michelangelo, and Brasserie Paul Bocuse Musée includes Salon de Thé Londres.
As of July 1, 2024, Hiramatsu transferred its hotel assets and continues operations by accepting management contracts for six hotels. This approach aims to optimize asset efficiency and enhance service quality.
Hiramatsu has also revised its reporting segment classification. Details are provided in the notes to the consolidated financial statements, enabling clearer understanding of the business operations.
Management Policy
Hiramatsu is addressing six management priorities to achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value. First, we are advancing strategic business expansion, opening new locations and strengthening existing operations based on our brand strategy. This approach aims to expand our top-line revenue.
Second, we are restructuring our brand portfolio. Through the development of flagship stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, we aim to strengthen brand value and increase our market presence. This will clarify the hierarchy among our brands.
Third, we are focusing on improving profitability and operational efficiency at existing stores. In response to rising labor and material costs, we are reviewing business processes and implementing efficient systems to enhance productivity. This effort targets improved cost structure.
In our wedding business, we are creating new value. We are building a competitive advantage by offering region-specific proposals and cross-utilization of hotels and restaurants, providing products and services that differentiate us from competitors.
Additionally, we are strengthening our resilience to external environmental changes. We are reinforcing our risk management framework, including procurement, logistics, and hygiene management, to improve our response to unexpected events. This ensures business stability.
Finally, we are advancing sustainability-focused management. We prioritize reducing environmental impact, coexisting with local communities, and respecting diversity and human rights, practicing ESG-conscious management. This supports long-term corporate value enhancement.
In our "Medium-Term Management Plan 2030" announced in 2025, Hiramatsu has identified three priority initiatives. Through strengthening our human capital strategy, advancing our business strategy, and executing our investment plan, we pursue sustainable growth. This approach aims to maximize corporate value.
