<p>Our basic dividend policy is to return profits to shareholders actively and consistently. We pay dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends. Under our medium-term management plan, we target a consolidated payout ratio of 40% or higher and a dividend on equity (DOE) of 2.5% or higher by 2028. We follow a progressive dividend policy to maintain or increase the annual dividend per share each year. We reinvest retained earnings in investments for sustainable growth, and we consider share buybacks based on a comprehensive assessment of business performance and financial condition.</p>
