<p>The Company maintains a basic policy of returning profits to shareholders while continuing progressive dividends, taking into account the balance between future business development and investment plans, as well as management performance and dividend payout ratio. Retained earnings are allocated to service development from a long-term perspective, acquisition funding for business expansion, and investments in AI, IT, and digital initiatives. Dividend distributions from surplus are made once annually as a year-end dividend in principle.</p>
