<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic approach to dividend policy is to provide dividends in accordance with earnings performance. However, we make our final decisions by comprehensively considering the need to maintain stable dividends, build sufficient retained earnings to prepare for future business expansion, and strengthen our financial position. We intend to allocate retained earnings to investments and financing for business expansion based on a medium to long-term perspective.
Our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year from retained earnings. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, to enable flexible responses as circumstances warrant, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with November 30 as the record date, subject to board of directors' approval.
Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal period, after considering current fiscal performance, earnings outlook for the next fiscal period, and recent financial conditions, we have decided to pay no dividend.

Our basic policy is to determine dividends based on earnings performance, while comprehensively considering the maintenance of stable dividends, the accumulation of retained earnings to prepare for future business development, and the strengthening of our financial position. We principally pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. We allocate retained earnings to investments and financing for business expansion based on a medium to long-term perspective.
