Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to build up internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while implementing profit returns to shareholders by comprehensively considering business performance trends and management environment. From the fiscal year ending June 2026, we will introduce a minimum Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 5% and change our policy to continue dividends with a payout ratio of 50% or higher. Additionally, from the interim period ending December 2025, we will implement interim dividends with a minimum DOE of 2.5%.</p>
