<p>Our basic policy is to maximize shareholder value by continuously paying dividends in line with business performance. Over the medium term, we aim to pay dividends based on whichever is higher: an amount calculated using a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of approximately 6% or a payout ratio of 50%. We will maintain sufficient retained earnings to fund investments necessary for business expansion.</p>
