<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company is currently in a growth phase and is focused on strengthening its financial position for long-term stability of its management foundation and pursuing continuous business expansion and development. For this reason, we believe that building up retained earnings is important. Since our establishment, we have not paid dividends, and no dividends have been paid in the current fiscal year.
However, we recognize maximizing shareholder value as one of our important management objectives. Regarding future dividend payments to shareholders, we will consider them comprehensively in light of business performance trends, financial condition, future business and investment plans, and other factors, while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. We are committed to effectively utilizing retained earnings as investment funds for business expansion, including new product development and market development, in accordance with our future business strategy.
When dividends are paid, the shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for year-end dividends. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year. However, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid by board of directors resolution.

As the company is currently in a growth phase, we prioritize building up retained earnings and have maintained a no-dividend policy since our establishment. Going forward, we will consider dividend payments by comprehensively weighing business performance, financial condition, investment plans, and other factors while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. Retained earnings will be used as investment capital for new product development, market expansion, and similar initiatives.
