Dividend Policy
<p>During the medium-term management plan period, we aim for a Return on Equity (ROE) of 4% or higher. Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends by comprehensively considering a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30% to 40%. We will pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end) as a standard practice, and will also actively conduct share buybacks to return value to shareholders. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthening existing businesses and funding future growth investments.</p>
