<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. Going forward, we plan to implement research and development activities that require substantial upfront investment. Therefore, our policy is to prioritize securing funds for ongoing research and development activities rather than paying dividends in the near term. Accordingly, retained earnings will be allocated to research and development.
 
　However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. In the future, if we are able to achieve stable earnings and secure sufficient profits to cover research and development expenses, we will comprehensively consider the need to build up internal reserves for future research and development activities. Our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends on August 31st once per year, and we will also consider interim dividends as of the end of February as provided in our articles of incorporation.
　When dividend payments are made, the decision will be made by the shareholders' meeting. Regarding dividend payments and other matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may determine such matters by resolution, except where otherwise provided by law.

For the time being, the Company will not pay dividends and will prioritize securing funds to support ongoing research and development activities. In the future, should the Company achieve stable earnings and secure sufficient profits to cover research and development expenses, it will adopt a basic policy of paying an annual dividend at the fiscal year-end on August 31, and will also consider an interim dividend at the end of February. Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development.
