Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to distribute profits based on business performance while maintaining stable dividends, and to flexibly implement share buybacks. We target a consolidated payout ratio of 70% or higher, with a minimum DOE of 2.0% regardless of business results, and pay dividends twice annually. Retained earnings are allocated to strategic investments that strengthen our earning power and technological capabilities, as well as to ensure stable profit distribution.</p>
