<p>We maintain a basic dividend policy where we set a minimum dividend level of 2.5% DOE (Dividend on Equity). We implement dividends based on business performance, using the larger of either the total dividend amount at 2.5% DOE or the total dividend amount at a 30% payout ratio as our benchmark. Dividends are paid once annually at the fiscal year-end as a general rule, and we use retained earnings as a source of funding for business expansion and strengthening our financial position.</p>
