<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company positions shareholder returns as one of its key priorities and actively works to strengthen its management foundation and improve profitability.
While adapting to future business developments and changes in the operating environment, the Company is committed to implementing stable and continuous dividends. The basic policy is to maintain a dividend on equity (DOE) of 3.6% or higher, thereby returning profits to shareholders.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making authority for this year-end dividend is the shareholders' meeting.
For the current fiscal year, the Company has decided to implement an ordinary dividend of 170 yen per share. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for this fiscal year is 32.2%.
Regarding retained earnings, the Company intends to make effective investments in line with business expansion to further strengthen its financial position and enhance its sales structure.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that "the Board of Directors may resolve to pay an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year."
The dividend of surplus earnings for the current fiscal year is as follows:

The Company has previously implemented year-end dividends once per year. However, by Board of Directors resolution on May 12, 2025, the Company has decided to implement surplus earnings dividends twice per year—interim and year-end dividends—beginning in the fiscal year ending March 2026. This change aims to enhance long-term shareholder value and expand opportunities for profit returns to shareholders.

We aim to maintain a DOE (dividend on equity) of 3.6% or higher as our basic policy, while striving to provide stable and continuous dividends to shareholders. Through fiscal year 2025, we will pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. Beginning with the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will transition to paying dividends twice per year. We will reinvest retained earnings in growth opportunities to strengthen our financial position and enhance our sales infrastructure as our business expands.
