<p>From fiscal year 2025 through fiscal year 2027, we aim for a basic policy of stable shareholder returns through progressive dividends starting at 90 yen annually, combined with flexible share buybacks, targeting a total payout ratio of 50% or more. Dividends will be paid twice yearly as a standard practice: interim and year-end dividends.</p>
